Abstract

The scientific article examines the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the development of professional competence of future teachers of higher education institutions in the field of scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities. Scientific activity in institutions of higher education is an integral part of the educational process and is carried out with the aim of integrating scientific and educational activities into the system of higher education. With the adoption by the Government of the Concept of the Development of the Digital Economy and Society of Ukraine for 2018-2020, the development of the "digital society" began. The concept determined the transformation of the professional activity of scientific and pedagogical workers to the needs and challenges of the digital economy and "digital society". Under the influence of the digital economy and the demands of the digital society, the very process of organizing scientific activity is changing, namely the search, processing, storage and display of information requires the use of electronic computing technology. In this regard, there is a need to train scientific and pedagogical personnel ready for renewed professional scientific activity using the electronic educational space. Modern publications on the research topic were analyzed. Unresolved aspects of the development of theoretical foundations of anticipatory teaching of educational disciplines to students are singled out. The application in the methodology of pedagogical technology of mutual training of applicants will create a mechanism for the acquisition of professional competence by applicants in the field of scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities. Based on the circumstances, needs and to achieve the goal, the author's method of anticipatory teaching of the educational discipline "Scientific Research Methodology" with the use of pedagogical technology of mutual learning of students is proposed in the article.
