Abstract

The article presents the purpose and results of the project "European Research Area as a Guideline for the Development of Pedagogical Science in Ukraine: Information Hub of the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine". The project aims to facilitate the synchronization of pedagogical science standards in Ukraine with those in the EU and further European integration of Ukrainian pedagogy into the European Research Area (ERA). It is emphasized that an important component of the project is the creation and publication of newsletters on the history and realities of the European Research Area. The key theses from the newsletters are presented, in particular, the progress, achievements, investment goals and objectives of the European Research Area; the priorities of the current concept of the European Research Area, as well as the Lisbon Development Strategy (2000) and the Europe 2020 strategy (2010), during the implementation of which ERA was created and updated. The authors present the new vision, main idea, budget and structure of the Horizon Europe program, the largest EU research program within which the European Research Area is implemented.
