Abstract

The monograph elucidates the theoretical foundations of the development of tourism education in Turkey in the context of European integration. An analysis has been conducted on the peculiarities of professional training of specialists in hotel management and tourism in vocational schools in Turkey and institutions of vocational (vocational-technical) education in Ukraine. The publication highlights the opportunities for implementing progressive ideas from Turkish experience in training specialists in hotel management and tourism in Ukraine. The publication is intended for managers, teachers, masters of industrial training, methodologists of institutions of vocational (vocational-technical) education, employees of educational (scientific) - methodological centers (offices) of vocational-technical education, scientists, scientific-pedagogical workers, students, and other interested parties in the study of foreign experience in training specialists in hotel management and tourism.
