Abstract

The publication examines the situation that has developed in the domestic labor market as a result of challenges and threats caused by modernity. Attention is focused on tendencies and trends that have intensified as a result of moments of crisis. Business and employer requests for personnel training are determined. Such a situation creates the basis for the formation and development of an anticipatory model of national education and the development of national values. On the one hand, it will become a compensatory mechanism for overcoming challenges and risks, and on the other, an important segment of human capital development for the post-war needs of the individual, society, and the economy.
