Abstract

The article highlights the place of physics courses in senior classes (grades 10–12) of specialized general educational institutions (at the standard, academic and specialized levels). The positions of the authors of the article regarding the peculiarities of the construction of textbooks for specialized teaching of physics in secondary schools are presented.
