Abstract

The publication provides a brief overview of the domestic experience of training computer science teachers in the field of AI and an analysis of modern requirements for the formation of digital competences in the application of relevant technologies. The current state of development of AI technologies poses new challenges for the training of teachers, in particular computer science teachers. The domestic theory and method of teaching computer science has significant achievements in the indicated direction, which relate to the preparation of pupils and students for the creation of knowledge presentation models, the design of AI systems, and the filling of expert systems. Currently, they are a necessary basis for the development of methods of using modern AI tools for a wide range of pedagogical workers. At the same time, studies on the preparation of future computer science teachers for the subject application of AI remain in demand, in particular those related to data processing, their classification, clustering, visualization, etc.
