Abstract

In the article, the methodological problems of the research on the formation and the development of the scientific schools in the methodology of teaching physics in Ukraine are observed. The categorical approaches to the classification of the scientific schools, the definition of their characteristics and functions are analyzed. A special attention is paid to the use of the dominants of the historical and pedagogical research in the process of the construction of the structural systems and the models of the scientific schools in the methodology of teaching physics.
