Abstract

The article is based on research and analysis of educational works, scientific sources and archival material for the first time systematically investigated the question of the relationship of the national academic physical science and didactics of physics to strengthen scientific component of school physical education. Highlights the research and teaching activities of an outstanding scientist, founder of the Institute of Physics of NAS of Ukraine, Academician О.G. Goldman, his contribution to the development of the content and methods of teaching physics high school students.
