Abstract

The thesis of the report states that social turbulence is one of the signs of the postmodern scientific and educational space and determines certain features of the digital transformation of society and education under modern force majeure circumstances (post-pandemic consequences, martial law, natural disasters, etc.).The author emphasized that the problem of researching the processes of social turbulence and providing effective information and analytical support for the digital transformation of Ukrainian society, national science, education, pedagogy and psychology, deepening theoretical and applied aspects in this context is becoming urgent. It has been established that this is one of the priority areas of further research of the Department of Scientific Information and Analytical Support of Education of the V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine.
