Abstract

Public-private partnerships in Germany and France are the most developed among the European Union countries. Germany's PPP is characterized by a well-developed system of cooperation in the field of vocational education to provide jobs for students and updated teacher training programs. France's PPPs are focused on infrastructure projects, so private partners usually ensure the introduction of new educational institutions to expand the educational environment.
