Abstract

The use of the updated version of DigComp 2.1: The Digital Competence Framework for Citizens to measure a valid and reliable factor structure of digital competence with assessment and monitoring of the development of each individual component is justified. Installed. that the Digital Competence Scale DigComp 2.1 is recognized as an effective tool for self-assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of teachers, which gives them the opportunity to build an individual development trajectory, and thus implement the personalization of the educational process by including students in active interaction and cooperation in obtaining professional education.
