Abstract

This course expands and supplements the geography curriculum for 9th grade students. The importance of the course is due to the need to acquaint students with the processes of Ukraine's integration as an independent state into the world economy, Ukraine's entry into many international organizations, the main attention is paid to modern trends in the development of the world economy, the development of international economic cooperation, the problems of international economic integration and Ukraine's participation in these processes. In the process of studying the course, students get acquainted with international trade at the national and supranational levels. The issue of free trade regulation and the establishment of restrictions, their consequences for Ukraine from the point of view of national well-being were considered.
