Abstract

The author reveals the importance of an organized system of pre-professional training of future teachers, the author and inspiration which Ivan Zyazyun was, and invaluable practical experience studied and implemented for many years. This approach allows you to look at the essence in a completely different way professional qualification of the teacher, which is revealed when studying the pedagogical position, it is revealed in professional and life goals and, accordingly, their motives, methods of professional behavior and means of action according to its general goals and objectives.
