Abstract

In today's difficult situation, issues of educational management of multidisciplinary institutions of out-of-school education acquire special importance. The main question for the administrative staff is: how to support all areas of extracurricular education and how to develop the educational space? Today, this issue finds its supporters, because society is determined to improve educational services, harmonize the standards of extracurricular education. The administrative staff of multidisciplinary institutions of extracurricular education strives to preserve the educational traditions that have developed through successful educational practices, on the one hand, and on the other hand, to gain positive experience in the implementation of management innovations.
