Abstract

The publication analyzes the Lens database - an open online service for searching scientific sources. Based on open and publicly available, verifiable data, The Lens enables the exploration of innovative knowledge, facilitates informed decision-making, fosters partnerships between disparate disciplines, and builds trust in collective action to address social challenges. This database expands the possibilities from individual to institutional application, to enable global access and use of open innovation knowledge. The introduction of information and digital technologies into the structure of a scientific organization allows to significantly increase the effectiveness of scientific research, as well as the competitiveness of the organization in the scientific environment, especially in innovative scientific activity. Today, the tasks of integration into the world scientific space, set before scientists, require new approaches to dissemination and promotion results of scientific and pedagogical research, as well as modern tools for evaluating their effectiveness.
