Abstract

The monograph presents the results of a psychological study of collective intuition as a mechanism for predicting social phenomena. An analysis of problematic moments in understanding the nature of intuitive human activity is carried out. The basis of the formation of ideas about the essence of the intuitive are the categories of unconscious and irrational. The author’s conceptual interpretation of the concept of "collective intuition" is proposed, the factors and conditions of its effective functioning as a socio-psychological mechanism of forecasting social phenomena are defined. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the socio-psychological study of the participation of collective intuition in the process of forecasting social phenomena are substantiated. For researchers, teachers, students, as well as a wide range of readers who are interested in researching the phenomena of the collective psyche and the problems of knowing the future.
