Abstract

The article discusses the issue of the development of educational management in multidisciplinary institutions of extracurricular education in the conditions of autonomy. The author presents the main values, principles, and positions that should be taken into account when developing programs of theoretical and methodological support for each institution of extracurricular education. The positions that should be taken into account during the theoretical and methodological support for the development of educational management in multidisciplinary after-school education institutions in Ukraine are analyzed (the strategy of the multidisciplinary after-school education institution and the principles of interaction defined in it; the structure of the multi-disciplinary after-school education institution, which determines the interests of various organizations, institutions that are interested in the development of relevant educational profiles; peculiarities of interaction in the "head of the institution - teaching staff" system; the professional culture of the smokehouse and the competence of the administrative staff of the multidisciplinary institution of extracurricular education; the presence of professional motivation of the teaching staff for creative growth and professional qualification improvement).
