Abstract

The work presents the main methodological approaches to the educational management of multidisciplinary institutions of extracurricular education, reveals the main ideas on which humanistic management is based, which was chosen for the research as a methodological reference point. The author emphasizes the need to introduce a human-centered management paradigm in education and reveals the importance of systemic, structural-functional, activity, sociocultural and anthropological approaches to educational management. An important place in the article is given to the role of the director of a multidisciplinary institution of extracurricular education, which should develop both the pedagogical team of the institution and children's teams (sports, artistic, scientific and technical, etc.).
