Abstract

The paper presents the issue of educational management in multidisciplinary institutions of extracurricular education based on the theory of social systems. The author highlights the concepts of "social system", "social capital" provided in scientific sources, presents the views of foreign and Ukrainian scientists on the development of processes of managing extracurricular education. The author provides data from sociological studies aimed at measuring individual and social well-being, proves the relationship between high-quality educational services of extracurricular education and the well-being and well-being of pupils. An important place in the article is given to the principle of introducing positivism in out-of-school education, the role of teachers of multidisciplinary out-of-school education institutions, who should educate Ukrainian youth by their own example, is highlighted.
