Abstract

The peculiarities of management in the educational process are analyzed, the main concepts of educational management and aspects of influence on the educational management process are determined. The significance and importance of managing a multidisciplinary institution of extracurricular education, purposeful, active interaction of the head with other participants of the educational process in order to ensure the coordination of efforts for the optimal functioning of the institution and its transfer to a higher quality level are highlighted.
