Abstract

The idea revealed by us in the article - the introduction of the principle of autonomy in the educational management of multidisciplinary institutions of extracurricular education, is one of the administrative attitudes and involves the knowledge of existing management problems, the discovery of new opportunities for rational forms and methods of management. To assert that the principle of autonomy in the educational management of multidisciplinary institutions of out-of-school education is possible and necessary corresponds to the proposition that the existing knowledge and practice of administration guarantees such a possibility and foresees the emergence of new management models. In this case, there is an attempt to develop a new concept that can be gradually deployed directly in the management of a multidisciplinary institution of extracurricular education
