Abstract

This article reveals the issues of educational management of multidisciplinary out-of-school education institutions. The process of its development in the conditions of autonomy is considered. The author points out that today management models in multidisciplinary out-of-school education institutions do not ensure their effective functioning and development and proves the importance of building a new model of self-government. The author proposes to consider the main documents defining the strategy for the development of educational management in out-of-school education institutions in Ukraine (Laws of Ukraine “On Extracurricular Education” (2000), “On Education” (2017), “On Basic Principles of Youth Policy” (2021) ; Decree of the President of Ukraine “On the National Youth Strategy until 2030” (2021); Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On approval of the State target social program ”Youth of Ukraine” for 2021-2025 and amendments to some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (2021); National Report on the state and prospects of education in Ukraine; Strategy for the development of extracurricular education (2018), etc.), proves the need for monitoring the quality of educational services in the system of extracurricular education. Based on the analysis of the National Report on the state and prospects of education in 2021, the experience of practical work outlines the main prerequisites for the transition to a management model that is developing in the paradigm of leadership. Based on the analysis of extracurricular activities in leading democracies, the author raises the issue of evaluating organizational leadership, the influence of teachers on the culture of other social organizations, suggests considering tools of educational management that could further improve the scientific support of educational reforms. The article points to the position of cooperation with various institutions (both at the national and international levels) in the development and provision of new educational services for out-ofschool students. It is proved that such work can be carried out both at the individual and non-institutional level. The necessity of developing a joint strategy for the development of educational management of multidisciplinary out-of-school education institutions, which should be coordinated with the National Strategy for Civil Society Development in Ukraine for 2021-2026, has been proved.
