Abstract

Heads of multidisciplinary out-of-school education institutions are working to increase the level of creation of innovative cultural and educational space. The paper analyzes the formation of a new direction of educational management in this direction – risk management, gives the characteristics of the concept of «risk», which is ambiguously perceived in science – as an action and as an activity. The article points out that in the event that innovations in out-of-school education will have a great impact on the pupils of institutions, in the final analysis, the teaching staff headed by the head is responsible for the quality of educational services provided. The author emphasizes that in the open world extracurricular pedagogy is enriched with new digital technologies, which improves the educational environment, filling it with new principles, forms, content and methods of work. The article proves that the spread of innovations in out-of-school educational institutions depends on what creative teachers feel and do. It is considered how teachers' perception of innovations can influence their participation in the creation of innovative cultural and educational space in multidisciplinary out-of-school education institutions. The main indicators of readiness for change, which includes cognitive, psychological and pedagogical, organizational and functional components, namely: knowledge of the conceptual provisions of the innovation cycle, knowledge of methods of innovation, knowledge of the basic principles of pedagogy of creativity, creative thinking; teachers' awareness of the importance of innovation in out-of-school education institutions and support of innovation risks, motivation to innovate, tendency to make changes taking into account legal provisions, tolerance for uncertainty; the ability to apply methods of innovation and take into account the risks that may arise in out-of-school education, the ability to analyze innovations in extracurricular education, the ability to plan the implementation of innovations and monitor the impact of innovation on educational services. It is proved that in out-of-school education institutions purposeful support of initiative teachers should be organized, discussions, trainings on approbation of the newest pedagogical experience according to each of the existing profiles should be carried out.
