Abstract

This article examines the content and patterns of educational management in multidisciplinary institutions of out-of-school education in terms of autonomy. The author reveals important aspects related to the processes of interaction of the head with the teaching staff, draws attention to the quality of the head, the need for an optimistic view in the implementation of the management process. The author proposes to consider the management of multidisciplinary institutions of out-of-school education from the point of view of strategy, innovation, creativity, which proves the need for a new look at educational management in terms of autonomy. Based on the analysis of recent publications, the available experience of practical work outlines the main problems faced by the head of a multidisciplinary institution of out-of-school education, revealed the importance of the principles of continuity and dynamism of management. The author emphasizes the position of ensuring the quality of extracurricular education, emphasizing that the quality of educational services is associated with a skillful system of educational management. In the article, the author draws attention to the study of issues related to the professional qualities of the head, emphasizes the aesthetics of management decisions. It is proved that in the management of multidisciplinary out-of-school education institutions, attention should be paid to the development of pedagogical staff, which should focus on the needs of students, be optimally productive and motivated in working with out-of-school students. The author emphasizes that today there is a lack of knowledge in educational management related to risky decision-making, although the importance of managing these processes is emphasized by many organizations around the world. The author also draws attention to the infrastructure of multidisciplinary out-of-school education institutions, which becomes an integral part of funding, which is a special factor in the system of educational management. To solve various problems related to educational management in multidisciplinary out-of-school educational institutions, the author proposes to consider the latest research, analyze statistical data related to the work of out-of-school institutions. It is proved that today it is necessary to develop a series of special seminars for heads of multidisciplinary institutions of out-of-school education, trainings, which need to reveal the patterns of educational management and their impact on the development of the institution.
