Abstract

The article analyzes the role of scientific supervisors in the educational process and the development of methodological culture among applicants for an academic degree. It has been established in the history of science and technology that the best results in the training of scientific personnel were achieved only in scientific schools, which have organized education and transfer of methodological culture from the supervisor to their students at the highest level.
