Abstract

The article considers the assessment of the adequacy of the model of Interdisciplinary Scientific and pedagogical practice of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel. The author revised the content of the existing practice and proposed a general interdisciplinary scientific and pedagogical practice for scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel. This will ensure the formation of Interdisciplinary Scientific and pedagogical competence among scientists.
