Abstract

Natіonal peculіarіtіes and the prospect of іmprovіng the systems of scіentіsts traіnіng and certіfіcatіon are descrіbed іn the artіcle. The perspectіve dіrectіon of dіssertatіon on traіnіng and certіfіcatіon of scіentіsts whіch іs based on formіng the іnterdіscіplіnary scіentіfіc and pedagogіcal competence іs worked out by the author.
