Abstract

Due to the conversion to the competent model of training the specialists there was a necessity of revision the model of training the academic staff of higher qualification. A purpose of the article is to expose the content of the devised of the conception of development the methodological competence of graduate student of the higher military educational establishment for the first time. The main problem of the higher military education system, as an inseparable constituent of the general system of education for the moment, is the application of the rifle teaching approach which does not assist the development of the methodological competence of graduate students after scientific and pedagogical direction simultaneously. It shows up in the military system of higher education in the dynamic terms of reformation and reductions. As a result there are irreversible processes of destruction of the already formed team. Under such conditions the clear methodology is needed. It studies the activity arrangement. Such definition determines the object of methodology definitely which is the activity arrangement. The problem causes analysis. The main reason is that the content of education lost the methodological aspects of adaptation to the rapid rates of appearance of new information and its mastering over time and as a result there is a temporal delay in the control system of modern higher educational establishment. The graduate student can loose the system approach, unity, clearness and eventually the truths of science if the methodological competence wouldn’t be developed. The veritable development of the methodological competence of post-graduate student depends on the methodological competence of scientific adviser (consultant). For today the actual question is the high-quality new development of graduate school as it is the point of bifurcation of the methodological competence development of graduate student by synergetic measurements and the next is the scientific basis of education and science. The purpose of conception development of methodological competence of graduate student in the system of higher military education is the development of the effective direction and ways of methodological competence development of graduate student, creation of the effective preparation system and attestation of the academic staff of higher qualification of Ukraine for the necessities of Armed Forces of Ukraine in the period of development and modernization of the system of the higher education of Ukraine. It can serve as a standard for the national system and attestation of academic staff of higher qualification. The optimum direction of problem decision is the transition process from a ZUN-paradigm to the K-paradigm, and consequently the high-quality perfection of the existent system of the preparation and attestation of academic staff of higher qualification for the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s necessities. The decision problems methods are combined and systemic. In creation of favorable positive psychological-pedagogical terms of the subsequent development of graduate school through the competent model of preparation and attestation of academic staff of the higher qualification for the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s necessities. At the same time the institute of postgraduate course of academic staff of higher qualification involved in the training system of preparation and attestation of graduate students is needed for further development. The conception of development of methodological competence of graduate student of military higher educational establishment has been developed.
