Abstract

In the article an author grounds authenticity of the worked out theory of development of methodological competence for graduate students. A theory is base on fundamental bases of problem-activity approach. It is set that development of competence takes place only in the process of activity aimed at self-perfection. Therefore it offers and the process of studies to build on activity approach. To provide self-perfection method of problem studies.
