Abstract

Based on the studied features of the systems of training scientists, a promising direction of its improvement has been chosen. The universal foundation is the methodological culture of the researcher. High-quality translation of methodological culture from generation to generation of researchers is provided by scientific supervisors. Therefore, the scientific supervisor and the scientific society are constantly faced with a scientific task - to ensure high-quality translation of methodological culture to their students. This research is conducted in accordance with the approved topic of dissertation research. The purpose of the scientific report is to test the experimental results of the research of the scientific school "Development of methodological culture of a young scientist". In the paper it is proposed to use an elective for the development of methodological culture of researchers. This makes it possible to improve the pedagogical system. Based on the uniqueness of the elective in the dissertation research, we have developed and tested the curriculum of the elective of the scientific school "Development of methodological culture of a young scientist" many times. By introducing this optional course into practice, the supervisor will ensure high-quality translation of methodological culture to young scientists. Currently, a scientific and pedagogical experiment is being completed to recheck the effectiveness of the development of methodological culture among graduate students, taking into account the quality of scientific and pedagogical support for graduate students.
