Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of the issue of the proceeding processes theoretical description during the development of methodological competence at postgraduates. The understanding of the proceeding processes during еру development of methodological competence allows approaching to the choice of subject matters scrupulously. It will give the chance to construct the structural and logical scheme of teaching-educational process of postgraduate study effectively. The novelty of the work is the accurate description of transformation process of methodological knowledge to the methodological competence.
