Abstract

The chapter is devoted to personal aspects of pedagogical interaction in the context of the problem of the teacher's conscious and unconscious influence on students. Considerable attention is focused on the strategies of the teacher's psychological influence in the context of his communication style and personal qualities of the teachers. The expediency of the integrative-existential approach to the interpretation of the personal qualities of teachers and providing them with psychological support is substantiated.
