Abstract

The virtual project (site) called "Professional Cluster of the Head (Director) of a General Secondary Educational Institution" was launched in 2022 by N. V. Liubchenko, Assoc. Prof. of the Department of Educational Management and Law of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Education (CIPE) of SIHE "University of Educational Management", Assoc. Prof. of the Department of Educational Management of Ukrainian Open University of Postgraduate Education, Ph.D. in Educational Sciences, Assoc. Prof., and H. G. Marchuk, Director of CI "Center for Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers" of Drohobych City Council, Lviv Region. The Project is implemented within the scope of the research theme of Central Institute of Postgraduate Education (CIPE) of SIHE "University of Educational Management" "Transformation of the Professional Development of Research and Training Stuff in the Conditions of an Open University of Postgraduate Education" (December 1st, 2020 - December 1st, 2025) (No. 0120U104637) and within the framework of the experimental study "Theoretical and Methodological Foundations of Managing Professional Development of Heads of General Secondary Educational Institutions Based on Cluster Approach" by a doctoral student N. V. Lyubchenko (scientific consultant – Sorochan T. M., Hab. Doctor in Educational Sciences, Professor, Director of CIPE, SIHE “University of Educational Management”. The project (site) is: 1) an electronic informational and educational resource for improving the qualifications of heads and teachers of general secondary educational institutions; heads, research and training staff of regional post-graduate educational institutions, centers of professional development of pedagogical workers based on the cluster approach; 2) a repository of relevant materials (normative, legal, scientific papers, scientific-methodical and methodical manuals, etc.) on professional development of heads of general secondary education for the joint scientific-methodical, scientific-research work of all stakeholders in the field of general secondary education in various formats (scientific and communicative events, professional development courses, etc.) with feedback; 3) a component of educational and professional training program "Developing Professional Competence of the Head of the New Ukrainian School" (2023, by Assoc. Prof. N. V. Liubchenko, author of the program).
