Abstract

It is about implementing a logistical approach in managing the development of a vocational school and promoting the digitalization of vocational education. The author proves that the key elements of the implementation of the logistics system in a vocational school should be an information system, constant updating of the content of vocational training, rational use of resources, partnership with employers based on research on the level of work success of graduates and the implementation of constant control over the quality of educational services.
