Abstract

The article highlights the results of an empirical study of young people's ideas about regional identification, which was carried out using the projective methodology "Geography of Visual Images". The analysis of the research results made it possible to determine that the regional identity of young people is defined by the boundaries of their own locality (city, village). The psychosemantic features of ideas about a typical representative of the region are revealed.
