Abstract

The article is devoted to the coverage of the criteria of psychological readiness of a modern teacher. The author analyzes the psychological and pedagogical functions and personal qualities of the teacher, determines the system of criteria for his psychological readiness to creative professional activity in the New Ukrainian school. The article presents the author's two-dimensional model of the structure of psychological readiness of a teacher in conditions of the New Ukrainian School. This model has personal and professional dimensions that contain relevant components.
