Abstract

Outlines of the Modern Ukrainian European School are drawn on the basis of tendencies and trends that will be relevant in the future. The article describes 12 technologies (by Kevin Kelly) that will determine the development of human civilization for the next three decades. The authors analyzed the transformation trends of the modern labor market, focused on the specifics of the labor market in post-war Ukraine. The peculiarities, educational needs, and the potential of the «alpha» generation, which will replace the centenarians, have been revealed. The negative consequences of multitasking, in which modern school pupils are, are revealed, safeguards against its harmful influence are proposed. The skill of the 21st century is considered in the context of acmeology. The authors of the publication offer the triad of Values – Skills – Knowledge, which reflects the logic and stages of the formation of a young personality, while revealing the mechanisms of its functioning throughout a person’s life. A check list of 10 meta-skills is proposed, and describing their importance.
