Abstract

A gifted personality is the basis for the technological development of society, the source of spiritual and material heritage of mankind. There are many theories of gifted personality development abroad and in Ukraine. Extensive practical experience has also been gained in educational institutions of various levels. The experience of the countries of the Australian Union is especially distinguished by its originality and multifactorial approach. A varied approach to child development is proposed in Finland. In Ukraine, there are a large number of educational institutions that focus on the development of gifted personality. Based on the results of research conducted by Ukrainian scientists and the conclusions of the author’s work, strategic directions for the development of the child’s talents have been identified.
