Abstract

The scientific and methodical journal highlights the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 130/2021 "On priority measures for the development of professional (vocational and technical) education" (President of Ukraine V.Zelensky March 30, 2021); Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 211/2021 "On the personnel of the Council for the Development of Professional (Vocational and Technical) Education"; news of the All-Ukrainian Association of Professional and Technical Education Workers; formation of research competences in future teachers of professional education; School of pedagogical coaching as a competence-oriented model of professional self-development of a modern specialist; Educational and practical centers of modern professional (vocational and technical) education of Vinnytsia; methodical support for the creation of a single information and educational space of a professional (vocational and technical) education institution; an innovative model of a modern professional education institution in the context of educational reforms; formation of professional competence of future skilled workers in railway professions; innovative activities of the library and information center of the college; Public-private partnership in the development of professional education; "Profession to create fashion" is a bright project of synergy of education and business; cooperation with stakeholders in the implementation of the educational program "Professional education (digital technologies)"; distance and mixed learning in the conditions of adaptive quarantine; diversification of the provision of educational services by the Educational and Practical Center of Modern Information Technologies; professional competencies of labor trainers, etc.
