Abstract

Modern Ukrainian professional education should be aimed at providing future specialists with decision-making technologies in the conditions of freedom of choice, formation and development of the personality, which is set on perceiving changes as a natural norm. Specialists should be able to independently manage their life and career, to open and successfully run their own business.
