Abstract

The monograph substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations of the use of digital of open systems in the training of graduate students and doctoral students, which takes into account modern digital requirements transformations of society and the importance of the development of digital, informational and analytical and information and research competencies of graduate students and doctoral students as future specialists, that will ensure digitalization of education and science. Foreign and domestic ones were studied practices of training graduate students and doctoral students in the conditions of digital transformation of society, the organizational-pedagogical conditions and the experience of training graduate students have been substantiated and researched doctoral students in information and communication technologies in education. Selected and described the specifics of the use of services of digital open systems for the organization of training and conducting research by post-graduate and doctoral students in the sciences of education. Criteria are defined characteristics and levels of development of digital, information-analytical, information-research competences of graduate students and doctoral students. The models are substantiated and built: digitization of the training of post-graduate and doctoral students in the sciences of education at a higher education institution/scientific institution; the use of digital open systems in the training of graduate and doctoral students in the sciences of education; the use of digital open systems for the development of digital, information-analytical and information-research competence of post-graduate and doctoral students in the sciences of education The main components of the scientific-methodical system of digital use have been developed open systems in the training of post-graduate and doctoral students in educational sciences. For scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, post-graduate students and doctoral students, organizers and managers of educational and scientific fields, as well as everyone who is interested in improving the quality of scientific research and the effectiveness of training for highly qualified specialists in post-graduate and doctoral studies.
