Abstract

The implementation of the content of state-public management of educational institutions on the basis of state-public partnership interaction consists in the partnership interaction of state bodies, public associations and organizations, the broad involvement of legal entities and individuals in partnership cooperation on mutually beneficial terms, the democratization of all state authorities, local self-government , territorial communities and education management; organization and development of associations, public organizations and other forms of activity of subjects of management and educational process, the institution of general secondary education should become a center of development of the local community.
