Abstract

The article describes the situation in which teachers found themselves, actualizes a new content line of psychological assistance in educational institutions, aimed at finding internal resources, establishing emotional balance necessary for full life, professional development and self-realization of teachers. The greater the repertoire of opportunities the teacher uses, the easier it will be to fill his life with energy, positivity, confidence. By developing their own resources and using outwardly available ones, each individual will successfully pass the difficult tests and strong psycho-emotional loads during the period of coronavirus quarantine.
