Abstract
The report defines tutoring as a pedagogical activity of individualization of education, aimed at identifying and developing educational motives and interests, the search for educational resources to create an individual educational program, the formation of educational and educational reflection. It is emphasized that tutoring in modern conditions of modernization of the higher education system is gaining importance, creating conditions for the formation of motivation for change, coordination of educational opportunities as a set of factors and conditions that can ensure individual development of not only those skills and personal -professional qualities that are formed, but at the same time reveal the hidden andragogical potential of the teacher of postgraduate pedagogical education
