Abstract

In the report the author analyzes the ways and stages of training of competent specialists (andragogues) in the field of adult education. Andragogues are trained in formal, non-formal and informal education. Given the limited opportunities for andragogical training, retraining, advanced training in formal education, professionals who work with adults, turn mainly to non-formal education, self-education and self-development.
