Abstract
The report highlights the features of human capital development in the system of corporate education. In self-taught organizations, human capital development is carried out by specialists, coordinators, training managers, separate departments for development and staff training, as well as training centers of enterprises, corporate universities and academies. In large enterprises and multinational corporations, these centers have become separate educational structures - HR-services for personnel management, dealing with issues of professional training and development of all employees within the corporate culture.
