Abstract
The report highlights the features of one of the most effective coaching techniques - GROW, which originates in the practice of sports coaches. It consists of 4 stages: G - goal (goal), R - reality, surrounding reality (reality), O - available opportunities (opportunity), W - actions (what to do).
