Abstract

The paper analyzes the peculiarities of training senior pupils in physics and mathematics as basic disciplines for engineering specialities of higher educational institutions. It also describes mathematical and physical studies in the system of high school multi-level training as well as the compliance of the system of subject-oriented training with the major methodological approaches (system, activity-oriented, person-centered, competence-based approaches) to physico-mathematical training of senior pupils.
