Abstract

The problem of continuous self-improvement of heads of vocational education institutions as an important condition for their development in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education is actualized. The directions and content of the process of professional development of heads of vocational schools in the context of ensuring the continuity of their professional growth and self-improvement are revealed.
