Abstract

The article is focused on some psychological features of remote psychological assistance during a pandemic and quarantine. The features of the personal crisis that people experience because of being in an unexpectedly changed life situation are discussed. The author comes to the conclusion that the way to overcome the crisis is to realize your condition and rethink your capabilities in these conditions. The main idea of the article is that the task of psychological support is to help people connect their own personal resources to adapt to the situation. The prospects of using narrative strategies in the practice of distance psychological support are discussed, in particular, for the purposes of life and personal self-designing based on the construction of life experience.
